I have many expectations for this growing collection of self portraits, one of the main being an answer to a question, "Am I beautiful?". As simple as the question is I expect a somewhat complex answer, detailing the extent of my beauty and in what form it manifests itself, whether it is a general or very specific beauty. I also want to share different aspects of my personality, some that I have never shown and others that I am known for. In relation to that I want to capture myself emulating personality's not my own, in order to create a new me in the mind of the viewer. This is a personal test in my creative ability, with 115 self portraits I doubt that originality will be a constant but in the end I hope that my skill as a creative thinker will have improved dramatically.
